This includes searching for venue and vendors, negotiating and managing budgets, arranging and executing timelines, theme and decor. This service also includes all details necessary to create your most memorable event up to and including the day itself. We pride ourselves in handling your event in your best interest to make your dreams come to life. There are no limits!
Partial Planning Package
With a partial planning package, Speciale Events enters with enthusiasm and offers guidance as requested. Together, we agree upon the extent of service you need. Any task, large or small, can be easily executed with our assistance. It may involve coordinating vendors, collecting RSVPs, arranging transportation, and/or designing decor. You have the option to choose our services at the beginning stages, just to fine tune your special day, or tie up loose ends as it approaches. It’s never too late to lend a helping hand!
Day of Event Planner
Any wedding budget, large or small, needs a Day of Event Planner. Having us for the day
of your event will ensure all of your hard work is executed exactly the way you wish. Prior
to the event, we will come in to work directly with you and meet all of your vendors to tie
up any loose ends. As we will be the point of contact for the entire event we will ensure that
the event is an event to remember!
